Log into My Account and select Order History to print or email your return label. 

Next, remove or cover all previous shipping labels from your package and attach the new return label. You can drop off the package at any of these carriers: FedEx, U.S. Post Office, or UPS. Once your return is received at our facility, please allow up to 7 business days for processing and crediting. We’ll send you a confirmation email once your return has been processed.

If you are unable to retrieve your return label using these steps, please email us at eddiedeanmmg@gmail.com. Be sure to include your name, order number, and email address used for your original order, and we’ll email you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.

Returns are always free when using the prepaid return shipping label for orders shipped to the U.S. For gift returns or oversized items, please contact us at eddiedeanmmg@gmail.com for assistance.

Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you need to return unworn, unwashed, or defective items, we’re happy to help within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund. Just make sure the items are in the same condition you received them, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. If you’ve worn or washed something and it has a manufacturing defect, you can still return it!

 

Once we get your return, it may take up to 7 business days to process. We’ll send you a confirmation email as soon as we’ve received and processed your items. Please note that we can’t refund original shipping or handling charges.
